Chinese Copper Industrial Parts Maker AOJE.US Files for US IPO to Raise $30 Million

Chinese copper industrial components manufacturer AOJE.US has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for an initial public offering (IPO) aiming to raise up to $30 million. The company primarily operates through subsidiaries in China, specializing in the design, R&D, production, and sales of antibacterial cabinets, wrought iron furniture, commutators, and copper busbars. Its production facilities in China span over 45,000 square meters. Since April 2023, AOJE has processed approximately 41,000 orders via major e-commerce platforms, serving customers across North America, Asia, Europe, Africa, and Australia. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Suzhou, the company reported $13 million in revenue for the 12 months ending May 31, 2025. AOJE plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker "AOJE." Notably, the company confidentially submitted its IPO documents to regulators on January 10, 2025. Revere Securities serves as the sole bookrunner for the offering, though pricing terms remain undisclosed.
