飞霓控股(08480)于2026年3月11日宣布，基于集团业务、财务及现金流状况，董事会决议派发每股0.015港元的特别股息，合共约13,850,000港元。该笔股息将于2026年4月22日或前后向2026年3月30日名列公司股东名册的股东派付。
公司将于2026年3月26日至2026年3月30日暂停办理股份过户登记手续。股东若欲符合派息资格，须于2026年3月25日下午四时三十分之前，将过户文件及有关股票送达公司于香港的股份过户登记分处，以完成登记。董事会表示，特別股息派付的具体时间仍以公司实际进度为准。
