应星控股（01440）3月16日在港交所发布盈利警告，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得不超过0.96亿元的净亏损，而上一财年同期净亏损约为0.128亿元，亏损显著扩大。
公告显示，亏损增幅主要源于三方面： 1. 环保法规趋严导致花边及染整业务需由第三方集中采购蒸汽，新增持续性运营亏损不超0.08亿元； 2. 同板块物业、厂房及设备进一步计提减值损失不超0.30亿元； 3. 就合营企业（运营CR7® LIFE香港博物馆）确认投资减值与应占经营亏损，合计影响不超0.45亿元。
上述减值均属非现金项目，对集团经营现金流无直接影响。公司强调整体财务状况依然稳健。
分业务来看，鞋履板块已成功实现由亏转盈，为集团整体业绩提供支撑。新拓展的知识产权（IP）业务在与一套全球热门串流剧集的首阶段合作中表现“令人鼓舞”，集团计划推出第二波周边商品，持续释放IP价值。
应星控股称，将继续发掘多元化机遇，包括与国际知名IP合作及进军人工智能解决方案，以对冲政策带来的不确定性并提升股东价值。
公司预计将于2026年3月底公布2025财年全年业绩，并提醒股东及潜在投资者审慎行事。
