TIANYU SEMI Buys Back 5,600 H-Shares, Lifts Treasury Stock to 73,050 Units

Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (TIANYU SEMI) disclosed a fresh share repurchase executed on 18 September 2026, acquiring 5,600 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 38.22 and HKD 38.44. The transaction’s volume-weighted average price was HKD 38.34 per share, bringing the total cash outlay to approximately HKD 0.21 million.

Post-transaction, outstanding issued shares (excluding treasury stock) declined marginally by 0.01 % to 58.92 million, while treasury shares increased to 73,050. The company’s aggregate repurchases under the current mandate, approved on 19 May 2026, now reach 73,050 shares—equivalent to 0.12 % of the 58.99 million shares outstanding at the mandate date. TIANYU SEMI remains authorised to repurchase up to 5.90 million shares in total.

A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals is in effect until 18 October 2026, in line with Hong Kong Listing Rules. The company confirmed all repurchases were executed in compliance with Main Board Rule 10.06 and that no material changes have occurred to the explanatory statement filed on 27 April 2026.
