5月14日，山东墨龙盘中强势拉升逾6%！此前遭大股东清仓式减持，股价连续数日回调。

5月9日晚，山东墨龙发布版公告称，股东智梦控股于5月9日通过证券交易系统以集中竞价方式累计减持公司H股股份2881万股，减持股份数量占公司总股本的3.61%。

本次减持完成后，智梦控股持有公司股份1600万股，占公司总股本的2.01%。据悉，这是智梦控股及其一致行动人连续第三天大手笔减持山东墨龙股份。

根据山东墨龙5月8日公告，5月7日至5月8日期间，智梦控股及其一致行动人通过集中竞价方式累计减持公司H股股份1.07亿股，占公司总股本的13.39%。

此前深交所发布公告，因山东墨龙在深交所上市的A股被撤销其他风险警示，根据有关规定，将山东墨龙调入深港通下的港股通标的证券名单，并自2025年5月6日起生效。

另外，企查查APP显示，近日，寿光盛瑞投资有限公司成立，法定代表人为崔锡辉，注册资本为1亿元，经营范围包含：以自有资金从事投资活动；自有资金投资的资产管理服务；金属材料销售；建筑材料销售；五金产品零售；五金产品批发；再生资源销售等。

股权穿透显示，该公司由寿光市焜源投资开发有限公司、山东墨龙旗下山东墨龙商贸有限公司共同持股。
