昊海生物科技（股票代码：06826）于2026年5月6日发布公告称，当日公司在香港联交所场内回购H股85,200股，约占该公司现有已发行H股股份的0.0377%。回购价格区间介乎每股21.60港元至22.12港元，合计支付约187.11万港元（折合1,871,110港元）。本次回购股份尚未注销，回购后公司H股的已发行股份总数仍为35,929,040股。另据公告，本公司A股发行股份2026年5月6日维持在190,203,760股，库藏股数3,848,095股。
公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数为226,132,800股。此次回购依据2025年6月10日股东大会通过的回购授权，授权范围内可回购的股份总数为3,914,184股，至本次回购后，公司累计在交易所或其他证券交易所回购的股份总数为3,377,400股。公告同时提及，公司已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。
