中国海洋石油有限公司（00883）8月26日在香港交易所及上海证券交易所同步披露《2026年中期股息分配方案的公告》。公司董事会决定，以实施权益分派股权登记日的已发行股份总数为基数，向全体股东派发每股0.94港元（含税）中期股息。
截至2026年6月30日，公司母公司报表口径未分配利润为人民币2,062.72亿元。本次股息将以港元计值并宣派，其中A股股息将按董事会宣派股息之日前一周中国人民银行公布的港元对人民币中间价平均值折算并以人民币发放，H股股息则以港元发放。
若于权益分派股权登记日前公司已发行股份总数因可转债转股、股份回购或股权激励股份回购注销等事项发生变动，公司将维持每股派息金额0.94港元不变，并相应调整分配总额。本次分配方案已获公司董事会以6票赞成、0票反对、0票弃权表决通过，无需提交股东大会审议。
公司表示，本次利润分配综合考虑发展阶段和未来资金需求，不会对经营现金流及长期发展产生重大影响。权益分派的具体登记日与派息日期将另行公告。
