Tungtex (Holdings) Reports No Share Capital Changes for June 2026; Public Float Requirement Met

For the month ended 30 June 2026, Tungtex (Holdings) Company Limited reported stable capital metrics, with no movements in issued or treasury shares. The ordinary-share count closed the period unchanged at 451.07 million, and the company confirmed full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 25% public-float threshold.

The issuer does not maintain an authorised share-capital limit or nominal share value. Throughout June, Tungtex neither issued new shares nor repurchased any for treasury, leaving both the issued-share figure and treasury-share balance unchanged.

Under the “New Share Option Scheme” approved on 31 August 2018, no options were outstanding at either the beginning or end of the month, and no shares were issued from option exercises. The scheme currently allows for up to 46.41 million shares to be issued upon future option grants.

Tricor Investor Services Limited, acting as share registrar, confirmed that all regulatory requirements and listing rule obligations have been met for the reporting period.
