本报讯 2026年8月24日，富力地产（02777）发布盈利警告称，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计管理账目之初步评估，预计期内将录得约人民币50亿元至人民币55亿元的净亏损；而2025年同期净亏损为人民币40.82亿元。
公司表示，净亏损扩大主要受中国房地产行业持续低迷影响，导致物业开发毛利下降。
公告指出，上述数据尚未经过公司核数师审阅或审核，亦未经审核委员会审阅。富力地产计划于2026年8月27日公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩。
公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时应审慎行事。
