2026年7月30日，天鸽互动控股有限公司（股票代码：01980）发布翌日披露报表，宣布于当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股合计287,000股，占回购前已发行股本的约0.02592%。此次回购的最高价为每股0.63港元，最低价为每股0.61港元，累计支付约17.93万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份减少至1,106,963,162股，库藏股增至2,427,000股，合计已发行股份总数仍为1,109,390,162股。公司表示，该次股份回购已于2026年5月29日获得股东大会授权，授权总规模为110,939,016股，截至目前公司已累计回购2,427,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股份总数约0.21877%。
公司同时确认，本次交易严格遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及相关法律规定。公告由联席公司秘书陈秀签署。
