Callaway Golf Company's stock experienced a significant after-hours plunge of 5.53% following the release of its fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results.

The decline came despite the company reporting that both net revenue and Adjusted EBITDA exceeded expectations for the period. However, investors reacted negatively to a 7.1% decrease in Q4 golf clubs net sales to $166.1 million. The company, which has returned to being a pure play golf equipment company after divesting its Topgolf and Jack Wolfskin businesses, provided 2026 revenue guidance of $1.98 billion to $2.05 billion and Adjusted EBITDA guidance of $170 million to $195 million.
