友邦保险控股有限公司(01299)于2026年4月2日发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司于2026年3月30日至4月2日分别购回2,657,000股、2,695,000股、2,292,000股及2,507,800股普通股，占公司于相关日期已发行股本分别约为0.0252%、0.0256%、0.0218%及0.0238%。
其中，4月2日回购的2,507,800股普通股成交价介乎每股85.40港元至87.65港元，涉资约2.17亿港元。上述购回股份尚未注销，截至2026年4月2日，公司已发行股本维持在10,508,298,904股，库藏股结余为0股。
购回授权于2025年5月23日获股东通过，授权总数为1,069,508,640股。截至目前，公司已根据该授权累计购回136,393,600股，占授权通过当日已发行股本总数约1.2752%。公告同时确认，公司此次股份回购符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。
