Pan Asia Data announces Baker Tilly retirement and proposes CCTH CPA as new auditor

Bulletin Express
Jun 05

Pan Asia Data Holdings Inc. has disclosed plans for an auditor transition at the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for 30 June 2026.

Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited, auditor since 2019, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM. The Board cited corporate-governance best practice and audit-independence considerations as the rationale for rotation. Both the Board and the Audit Committee confirmed there are no disagreements or unresolved matters with the outgoing auditor.

Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, the Board intends to appoint CCTH CPA Limited as the new auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. CCTH was selected after an assessment of its listed-company experience, independence, market reputation, resources, and proposed audit plan.

The estimated audit fee for CCTH stands at HK$1.00 million, agreed on an arm’s-length basis and deemed commensurate with the Group’s scale and audit scope.

A circular providing further details and the AGM notice will be distributed to shareholders in due course.
