华讯(新)(股份代号：00833)于日前发布公告，拟根据香港上市规则及开曼群岛相关法律授权回购公司已发行股本(不包括库存在内)的最多10%。截至公告最后可行日期，公司已发行股份总数为473,058,180股，预期获准回购上限约为47,305,818股。
根据公告，董事会认为此次回购将有助于提升股东回报、优化公司资本结构，相关资金将从公司合法可动用的内部资源中拨付。公司强调，授权回购须在符合上市规则和法律规定的前提下进行，不会对现有营运资金或财务状况造成重大不利影响。
公司同时披露，将于2026年5月28日召开股东周年大会审议包括股份购回在内的相关授权事宜。董事会表示，此举符合公司及股东的整体利益，公司后续将根据市况及资金状况灵活行使回购授权。
