波兰高速公路运营商Stalexport Autostrady SA正式批准了面向2026-2030年的战略发展规划，并将战略视野延伸至2035年。该战略计划在2030年后将EBITDA利润率重建至35%以上，其中房地产及其他新项目的息税折旧摊销前利润将提供重要支撑。
根据战略部署，公司目标从2030年起实现房地产及新项目年收入至少达2亿兹罗提。在特许经营权到期后，业务将向三大关键领域进行多元化拓展：一方面将着力推进自由流收费系统、移动应用程序等技术项目；另一方面计划投资住宅或多功能房地产项目，首批开发将聚焦卡托维兹地区；同时持续深耕交通基础设施管理领域，涵盖新建道路、停车设施及机场运营等业务板块。
公司即将召开股东大会审议该项战略规划。
