2026年7月2日，中通快递（开曼）有限公司（下称“中通快递-W”，股票代码02057）公告，基于翌日披露报表信息，公司于美国时间2026年7月1日回购美国存托股份21.78万股（相当于21.78万股A类普通股），占公司当日已发行股份的约0.03%。本次回购价格区间介乎每股22.69美元至23.00美元，累计支付约499.57万美元。
自2026年5月20日至2026年7月1日，公司已于其他证券交易所合计回购2,477,862股A类普通股，约占购回授权通过当日已发行股本的0.3235%。本次回购为根据公司于2026年6月16日通过的购回授权实施，授权总数为76,599,956股，目前剩余额度约为74,122,094股。本次回购的股份暂未注销，回购后公司A类普通股数量仍为563,800,693股，B类普通股数量为206,100,000股，合计已发行股份总数769,900,693股。
公司在公告中确认，本次股份购回已获得董事会正式授权批准，遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由联席公司秘书李送霏签署。
