中国金融投资管理有限公司（00605）8月10日公告称，旗下全资附属公司深圳市领达小额贷款有限公司当日与客户GM（陈嘉兴先生）签署贷款协议，将向其提供人民币1,000万元贷款，期限一年，年利率14.4厘。
根据协议，借款人以位于深圳市南山区的一处住宅物业作第三法定押记抵押。独立物业估值师于2026年8月4日对该物业进行评估，确定其市场价值约为人民币8,113万元。
贷款资金来源为集团一般营运资金。借款人系从事资产管理的中国个别人士，为集团新客户，与集团及其关连人士均无关连关系。
公司表示，贷款协议属集团日常及一般业务范畴，相关条款依据市场惯例经公平磋商厘定。按香港联交所《上市规则》第14.07条计算，本次交易相关适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易，需履行通知及公告义务。
董事会认为，借款人提供的抵押品价值充足，且贷款期限相对短期，风险可控；预计利息收入将为集团带来稳定收益及现金流。
