香港时间2026年8月18日，广联科技控股有限公司（02531，下称“广联科技控股”）发布盈利警告称，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月（“本期间”）将录得亏损约人民币42百万元至45百万元；而去年同期则录得归属母公司股东的溢利，同比降幅介乎321%至336%。
公司披露，本期间收入预计约人民币240百万元至250百万元（折合约2.4亿至2.5亿元），较截至2025年6月30日止六个月下降约17%至20%。
广联科技控股指出，业绩下滑主要由于以下因素： 1) 市场竞争激烈及新车销售量下降，导致现有业务收入减少； 2) 市场推广、渠道拓展及研发投入增加，推高销售成本； 3) 客户资金安排更趋审慎，回款周期延长，致使应收账款坏账准备计提增加。
公司表示，目前中期业绩仍在编制中，相关数据未经独立核数师审阅，亦未获董事会审核委员会确认。广联科技控股计划于2026年8月底前公布正式中期业绩，提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
