GEOTECH HLDGS (01707) unveiled significant leadership changes effective July 16, 2025. Mr. Chen Zhi has relinquished multiple key positions including executive director, board chairman, chair and membership of the nomination committee, and remuneration committee membership. Concurrent appointments see Mr. Xu Shiguang and Mr. Luo Jiajian joining as executive directors. Ms. Ye Huizhen assumes the role of nomination committee chair. Further transitions include Mr. Chen Zhi departing as authorized representative, with Mr. Luo Jiajian succeeding him in this capacity from the effective date.
