The 2026 Insta360 Bold Maker Intelligent Imaging Challenge, guided by the Qixia District People's Government of Nanjing and co-hosted by Insta360, Qixia Industrial Development Group, and Xianlin Science City Group, has officially wrapped up.

More than 220 young creators from domestic and international universities, AI technology enterprises, and innovation studios poured their code, visuals, and creative ideas into days and nights of intense effort, with 15 teams emerging to reach the final stage and see the ultimate results revealed.

Peak Showdown: Three Tracks, Awards Announced

At the event, the Best Popularity Award along with the third, second, and first prizes across three tracks were unveiled one by one.

A total of 300,000 yuan in cash and 200,000 yuan in prizes were awarded.

Beyond cash and prizes, the winning participants also became the first batch of Xianlin Science City "Black Card" members, enjoying basic benefits covering dining discounts, leisure activities, scenic tours, social networking, and housing, as well as specialized innovation and entrepreneurship benefits including venue support, startup services, resource matching, entrepreneurship funding, and fund investment, giving young talent a stronger sense of belonging and fulfillment in Qixia.

Base Unveiled: Ecosystem Takes Root, Projects Signed

At the awards ceremony, Chen Zi'an, Deputy General Manager of Public Affairs at Insta360, and Ou Lixiang, Deputy Director of the Xianlin University Town Management Committee, jointly unveiled the "Nanjing Qixia Intelligent Imaging OPC Creation Base."

The base will provide intelligent imaging startup teams with full-chain services spanning project incubation, technical validation, and product commercialization, expanding development opportunities for young creators.

The Xianlin University Town Science-Industry Integration Office, the Life and Health Industry Management Office, Qixia Industrial Development Group, and Xianlin Science City Group signed agreements with the first batch of high-quality projects entering the base.

Industry Outlook: From Traffic to Growth, From Works to Products

The competition has an end date, but innovation is boundless.

Qixia District will use this competition as an important lever for "attracting talent through competition and promoting industry through competition," continuing to build strong platforms, provide excellent services, and foster a healthy ecosystem for young creators, pushing more intelligent imaging teams to move from "competing" to "settling in" and from "works" to "products," accelerating the construction of an innovation ecosystem that flows from "competition-driven traffic to base incubation to industry clustering," and injecting new momentum into Nanjing's high-quality development.

From the opening water curtain light show to the Demo Day final roadshow and then the awards ceremony, the four-day, three-night extreme challenge drew to a close in Qixia.
