根据该协议，美国将取消对许多印度产飞机零部件的关税，并建立一套机制，允许一定数量的汽车零部件以较低或零关税进入美国市场。美方还承诺，在未来几个月即将实施的药品国家安全关税中，将给予印度商品优惠待遇。然而，印度同意何时停止每日超百万桶的俄罗斯石油采购，目前仍不明确。
