根据披露，购回授权于2025年5月16日获股东大会通过，总授权数量为115,649,292股。截至本次回购完成，公司已合计回购2,554,600股，占购回授权时已发行股本约0.2209%。公司同时确认，本次回购程序符合香港联交所上市规则及相关法规要求。
