YANGTZEKIANG (00294) announced that effective August 1, 2025, the following changes have been made to the Board's nomination committee membership: (i) Executive Director Mr. Chen Yongqi will step down from his role as a nomination committee member; and (ii) Executive Director Ms. Liu Chen Shuwen has been appointed to serve as a nomination committee member.
