IMPRESSION DHP (02695) has announced changes to the composition of its Audit Committee, effective February 6, 2026. Mr. Liu Yongquan, an Independent Non-executive Director, has been reassigned from the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee to a member of the committee. Mr. Zheng Feng, a Non-executive Director, has stepped down from his position on the Audit Committee. Mr. Chen Zijie, an Independent Non-executive Director, has been reassigned from a member of the committee to the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Ms. Xu Zhoumei, a Non-executive Director, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee.
