Baiying Holdings confirms steady share base and compliant public float for June 2026

Baiying Holdings Group Limited (stock name: BAIYING HOLDING) filed its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 2 July 2026, covering the month ended 30 June 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 10.00 million.

Issued share capital was stable at 270.00 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding or created during the period. Consequently, the total number of issued shares also stood at 270.00 million.

Baiying Holdings confirmed full compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 30 June 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity instruments were exercised, issued, or cancelled in June. Under the existing 20 June 2018 share-option scheme, up to 27.00 million shares remain available for future grant, but none are currently outstanding.

The submission was signed by Joint Company Secretary Shi Jingyi, who affirmed that all regulatory filings and listing-rule requirements have been met.
