贝壳 2025年第三季度营收231亿元人民币，同比增长2.1%。净利润为7.47亿元，非美国通用会计准则下（NON-GAAP）净利润12.9亿元。
贝壳第三季度总交易价值（GTV）维持在7367亿元，与去年同期基本持平。
存量房交易的总交易额为人民币5056亿元(710亿美元)，同比增加5.8%。新房交易的总交易额为人民币1963亿元(276亿美元)，同比减少13.7%。截至2025年9月30日门店数量为61393家，较上年同期增加27.3%。截至2025年9月30日活跃门店数量为59012家，较上年同期增加25.9%。
分析人士指出，在当前房地产市场面临挑战的背景下，贝壳能够实现营收增长和可观的盈利，反映出公司业务模式的韧性和市场竞争力。
