七牛智能（02567）发布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的财务公告，报告期内公司实现营收8.99亿元，同比增长8.3%。经调整净亏损1,570万元，相比去年同期的2,860万元收窄45.1%。经调整EBITDA由去年同期的亏损350万元转为正向的7,900万元。

公告显示，研发支出较去年同期减少12.3%，主要系运用更多AI工具并优化研发人力投入；销售及营销费用较去年同期小幅下降，管理费用也呈下行趋势，显示公司整体成本管控取得成效。

业务分项

公司业务主要包含音视频云、AI云及其他云服务。报告期内，音视频云收入7.33亿元，AI云收入1.58亿元，使整体营收保持稳健增长。AI云业务贡献了主要增量，满足了更多客户对模型即服务（MaaS）和AI基础设施解决方案的需求，并与音视频云业务形成良好协同。

在毛利方面，受部分大型客户议价能力增强及网络带宽成本提高影响，音视频云毛利率有所下降，但AI云贡献的新增毛利一定程度上对冲了相关影响。整体来看，公司成本结构在新业务的协同效益下不断优化。

下半年，公司计划加快推进音视频云与AI云的深度协同，利用开发者生态发展优势及持续探索FDE（前沿部署工程师）模式，助力模型规模化场景落地，并通过差异化的技术手段来优化推理成本与系统性能，扩大应用与客户范围，进一步释放增长动能。
