As International Consumer Rights Day approaches, efforts are underway to boost consumer confidence and enhance collaborative governance in consumer rights protection, aiming to create a safer and more reliable shopping environment. In this context, Sina Finance, in partnership with the Hei Mao Complaints platform, has launched a consumer rights initiative for 2026.

Recently, the consumer complaints platform Hei Mao Complaints released its 2025 red and black lists for digital products. Logitech International SA appeared on the blacklist, with a response rate to complaints of only 34.95%. On the Hei Mao Complaints platform, disputes involving Logitech primarily revolve around product quality, after-sales warranties, and merchant service issues. Consumers often face difficulties when purchasing Logitech digital products due to ambiguous product testing standards, inconsistent implementation of after-sales policies between official channels and authorized dealers, and risks associated with non-official sales channels, including authenticity concerns.

Hei Mao Complaints advises consumers to prioritize official and self-operated sales channels due to the relatively high comprehensive risk. When receiving products, customers are encouraged to record unboxing videos and immediately verify serial numbers on the official website. If issues arise, systematically record videos demonstrating the malfunction and request written inspection reports during communications with customer service. If disputes with merchants or the brand remain unresolved, consumers are advised to promptly file complaints through the Hei Mao Complaints platform to leverage public oversight in pushing for solutions.
