根据公告，7月22日回购股数为496,200股，占当日已发行股份的0.25%，每股回购价为人民币52.61元，对应总金额约2610.51万元。随后在7月23日，公司于深圳证券交易所再度回购408,700股，占当日已发行股份的0.20%，最高回购价为每股人民币53.17元，最低为51.63元，支付总金额约2153.35万元。
公告显示，截至2026年7月23日，公司已发行股份(不包括库存股份)维持在201,701,119股，库存股份维持在7,195,881股，总股份数208,897,000股。公司同时确认本次回购严格遵守了相关上市规则和法律法规，并已获得其董事会的正式授权批准。公告由公司联席公司秘书薛小桥签署。
