浙江太美医疗科技股份有限公司（股票代码：02576，以下简称“太美医疗科技”）于2026年9月23日发布公告，披露当日于香港联交所场内回购H股事宜。
公告显示，本次回购股份数量为20,000股，约占前次披露时公司已发行股份193,347,733股的0.01%。回购价格介乎每股港币4.74元至5.035元，合计耗资约9.92万港元。回购完成后，公司于2026年9月23日的已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数下降至193,327,733股，库存股份增至7,264,800股，发行股份总数则保持在200,592,533股。
根据公告，回购授权于2026年6月23日获通过，发行人可根据授权回购最多20,017,153股，迄今已在本交易所及其他证券交易所回购6,843,800股。公司确认本次回购已符合香港联交所相关上市规则及适用法律法规的规定。
