大禹金融控股有限公司（“公司”）于2026年3月3日提交月报表，披露截至2026年2月28日止月份的股本及股份变动情况。公告显示，公司注册股本维持在10,000,000,000股（面值每股0.1港元），注册股本总额1,000,000,000港元。截至2月底，公司已发行股份数为3,417,990,570股，较上月底无任何新增发行或变动，亦无库藏或注销安排。
公司现有股份期权计划于2019年5月22日经股东大会通过，报告期内未有新增授出或行使，潜在可行使的期权对应股份数量维持为113,933,019股。公司确认已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则的公众持股量要求。
