新锐医药（06108）8月3日晚间公告称，自2026年8月3日起，公司在百慕达的注册办事处及股份过户登记总处将由现址迁至“Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda”。\n\n公司在香港的股份过户登记分处维持不变，继续由卓佳证券登记有限公司负责，地址为香港夏悫道16号远东金融中心17楼。\n\n公告显示，变更地址事宜由公司董事会发布，现任主席兼执行董事为王秋勤。公司董事会成员包括执行董事王秋勤女士、褚雪平先生、周湾女士，以及独立非执行董事梁志坚先生、李倩明女士、施礼贤先生。
