保诚有限公司（Prudential plc，HKEX: 02378）于2026年2月2日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示，公司于近期多次进行股份回购及注销操作，涉及合计约88.3万股股份。
公告披露，公司于2026年1月28日回购283,602股，并于1月30日注销，成交价为每股约11.9196英镑。其后，公司在1月29日及1月30日分别另行回购300,151股和299,227股，成交价分别约12.0514英镑和12.0204英镑，上述股数暂待注销。上述回购股份总数约占此前已发行股本的0.0347%，回购完成后，公司于2026年1月30日的已发行股本为2,542,768,285股。
公告还显示，公司回购授权于2025年5月14日获股东大会通过，授权总数为262,668,701股。截至目前，公司已依据该授权累计回购64,271,229股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约2.467624%。根据香港联交所上市规则，公司将在完成回购后30日内暂停新股发行或库藏股出售，暂定至2026年3月1日止。公司确认已遵守相关上市规则及当地法规。
