德银天下(02418)公布，在2026年5月28日举行的股东周年大会上，已通过2025年度利润分配方案，将派发末期股息每10股人民币0.3147元（含税）。
根据公告，上述末期股息以人民币计值及宣派。其中，内资股股东将以人民币收取，H股股东将以港币派付，按股东周年大会召开前五个工作日中国人民银行公布的人民币兑港币平均基准汇率（人民币0.87228元兑1港元）折算，H股末期股息为每10股0.3607港元。
就H股股东而言，权益登记日定于2026年6月8日。公司将在派付时根据相关税务规定，为非居民企业股东按10%税率代扣代缴企业所得税；境外个人股东一般按10%税率代扣代缴个人所得税，若适用税收协定税率不同，将按相关规定处理。公司提醒股东如有疑问可咨询税务顾问，且不对因股东身份延误或扣税争议产生的索偿承担责任。
公告同时显示，本次股东周年大会所有决议案均获100%赞成票通过，包括修订公司章程、发行股份及回购股份的一般性授权等特别决议案。
