遇见小面（02408）2026年6月25日公告显示，公司当日在香港联合交易所场内进行股份回购，数量合计约26.1万股，占已发行股本的0.0367%。每股回购价介乎3.56港元至3.70港元，总对价约95.66万港元。由于上述回购股份尚未注销，截至当日收盘，公司已发行股本维持约7.106893亿股，库藏股数为0。
根据公告，回购授权于2026年1月26日获股东大会通过，可回购股份总数为71,068,930股。截至本次回购后，公司已根据该授权累计回购17,577,500股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本的2.4733%。本次回购后，公司指出，从回购之日起30日内（即至2026年7月25日）不会发行新股或出售或转让任何库藏股。公司亦确认本次回购已获得董事会正式授权批准，且符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法例的规定。
