12月24日，AST SpaceMobile夜盘一度涨近7%！印度空间研究组织成功发射AST SpaceMobile“蓝鸟”Block-2通信卫星。

今天在安得拉邦斯里哈里科塔成功发射了美国新一代通信卫星“蓝鸟Block-2”，该卫星搭载于其最重的运载火箭LVM3-M6上。发射于印度标准时间上午8:55从萨蒂什·达万空间站进行。经过约15分钟的飞行，蓝鸟Block-2卫星与运载火箭分离，并成功进入预定轨道。

印度空间研究组织（ISRO）主席纳拉亚南在致辞中盛赞美国AST SpaceMobile公司蓝鸟Block-2通信卫星的成功发射，称其为迄今为止使用印度运载火箭从印度本土发射的最重卫星。纳拉亚南强调，该卫星被精准送入预定轨道，这标志着ISRO取得了一项重大成就。

蓝鸟Block-2任务是全球低地球轨道（LEO）星座的一部分，旨在通过卫星提供直接的移动设备连接。该星座将使每个人随时随地都能享受4G和5G语音和视频通话、短信、流媒体和数据服务。

此次任务是根据印度新空间有限公司（NSIL）与美国AST SpaceMobile（AST and Science, LLC）签署的商业协议开展的。印度新空间有限公司是印度空间研究组织（ISRO）的商业部门。

LVM3-M6是LVM3的第六次正式飞行，也是第三次专门用于发射蓝鸟Block-2型航天器的商业发射任务。LVM3拥有辉煌的发射记录，已连续成功完成八次发射，其中包括雄心勃勃的“月船2号”和“月船3号”任务。
