South Manganese (01091) has issued an announcement regarding a notification of interest disclosure submitted by Mr. Zhang Ming, a major shareholder of the company, concerning events related to his long position holdings on January 28, 2026.
On that date, Mr. Zhang sold a total of 535 million shares in the company, representing approximately 10.83% of the total issued share capital, at an average price of HK$0.24 per share.
Following the completion of this sale, Mr. Zhang no longer holds any shares and has ceased to be a major shareholder of the company.
