Financial Street Securities (01476) Announces Supervisory Committee Abolishment and Multiple Proposed Amendments

Financial Street Securities Co., Limited (Stock Code: 01476) has announced a series of proposals, including the abolishment of its Supervisory Committee, amendments to its Articles of Association, and updates to multiple internal governance policies. According to the public filing, the company intends to assign the Supervisory Committee’s duties to an Audit Committee under the Board and modify corresponding sections in the Articles of Association.

Alongside these changes, the Board has put forward proposed revisions to the Rules of Procedure for General Meetings, the Rules of Procedure of the Board Meetings, the Information Disclosure Management System, the Related Party (Connected) Transactions Management Policy, and the Investor Relations Management System. Each set of proposed revisions will require shareholder approval.

The company will convene its 2025 fourth extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Shareholders listed on the register of members by Wednesday, November 19, 2025, will be eligible to attend and vote. The register of members will be closed from November 20 to November 25, 2025 (inclusive).
