AEON CREDIT (00900) has issued an announcement updating the market on its public float status. On August 19, 2026, following a prior disclosure, the company became aware of a further change in the shareholding interest held by FMR LLC in the company.

After FMR LLC sold a total of 42,000 shares on-market on August 14, 2026, representing approximately 0.01% of the total issued shares, the aggregate interest deemed to be held by FMR LLC now stands at 41.8491 million shares, which is approximately 9.99% of the total issued shares as of the date of this announcement.

As a result, as of the announcement date, under the Listing Rules, FMR LLC is no longer considered a substantial shareholder or a core connected person of the company. Consequently, the interest deemed to be held by FMR LLC can now be counted towards the company's public float. The public float has thereby recovered from approximately 19.57% to approximately 29.57%, which exceeds the designated percentage required under Rule 13.32B(1) of the Listing Rules.
