China CBM Group (8270) Announces Completion of Very Substantial Disposal of PRC Subsidiary

According to the official announcement, China CBM Group Company Limited completed the disposal of its entire equity interests in a PRC subsidiary on 3 February 2026. The new business license of the target company was issued on the same day by the authority of Administration for Market Regulation in the PRC under the terms of the agreement.

The announcement follows earlier references dated 24 November 2025, the company’s circular dated 29 December 2025, and the poll results announcement on 16 January 2026 concerning the transaction. Upon the completion, China CBM Group ceased to hold any equity interests in the subsidiary.
