DATANG POWER has announced the appointment of Mr. Song Bo as the Chairman of its 12th Board of Directors.

This appointment is effective from the date of the board's election approval and will last until the conclusion of the 12th Board's term. Mr. Li Xiaofei has stepped down from his role as Chairman of the 12th Board of Directors.

In related changes, the board has nominated Mr. Han Xuwang to serve as a Director for the 12th Board of Directors of Datang International. His term will commence upon shareholder approval and continue until the end of the 12th Board's tenure.

Furthermore, Mr. Ma Jixian has resigned from his position as a Director of the company due to a work adjustment. His departure will be effective on the date the new director is approved by the shareholders' meeting.

Additionally, the board has approved the appointment of Mr. Sun Yanwen as the company's General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, effective from the date of the board's approval. Mr. Qiao Yang has been relieved of his duties as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, with his departure also taking effect from the date of the board's approval.
