The Export-Import Bank of China announced on February 24 that Huang Huali has been appointed as General Manager of the Financial Institutions Department, which also oversees the On-Lending Department and the Foreign Affairs Management Center. Separately, Zhang Ju has been appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Tianjin Branch.
