Lenovo Shares Climb Nearly 3% Post-Earnings as AI Revenue Soars 72% in Q3

Lenovo Group (00992) saw its shares rise nearly 3% following the release of its quarterly results. At the time of writing, the stock was up 2.56%, trading at HK$9.23, with a turnover of HK$904 million.

On February 12, Lenovo Group announced robust financial performance for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025. Group revenue increased 18% year-on-year to a record US$22.2 billion, with all three business groups achieving double-digit revenue growth. Revenue related to artificial intelligence surged 72% year-on-year, accounting for 32% of the group's total revenue.

Adjusted profit attributable to equity holders reached US$589 million for the quarter, up 36% year-on-year, growing at twice the rate of revenue growth. Reported profit attributable to equity holders stood at US$546 million.

The Infrastructure Solutions Business Group set a new quarterly revenue record of US$5.2 billion in the third quarter, with operating performance improving compared to the previous quarter. Demand for AI servers remained strong, with revenue growing at a high double-digit rate year-on-year, supported by a robust project pipeline of US$15.5 billion.

Additionally, the Infrastructure Solutions Business Group further expanded its customer base, driving cloud infrastructure business revenue to a new high. Revenue from Neptune liquid cooling solutions experienced ultra-rapid growth.
