美丽田园医疗健康(02373)于2026年5月14日公布翌日披露报表，称公司当日在香港联交所场内回购3万股普通股，占当日回购前已发行股本249,546,215股的约0.012%，每股回购价在每股18.59港元至18.91港元之间，共计支付约56.30万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）变动为249,516,215股，库存股份增加至2,077,500股，总计251,593,715股。根据公告，回购授权获股东于2025年6月27日通过，授权总数为23,579,556股，截至目前公司已在证券交易所购回2,077,500股，相当于授权通过当日已发行股本（不包括库存股份）总数的约0.8811%。公告同时显示，本次股份回购后至2026年6月13日期间，公司不会发行新股或再次出售库存股份。
公司同时确认，本次股份购回已经董事会正式授权，遵循了香港联交所证券上市规则及其他相关法规。公告由公司董事李阳签署。
