2026年7月8日，深圳市越疆科技股份有限公司（02432）发布自愿公告称，公司受托人在香港联交所场内继续实施H股股份激励计划的购股安排。
根据公告： 1. 2026年7月8日，受托人从市场购入100,000股H股，占已发行H股总数约0.03%，成交价介乎每股25.76至26.16港元，对应总对价约259.62万港元。 2. 自2026年6月25日至2026年7月8日期间，受托人累计购入800,200股H股，占已发行H股总数约0.20%，成交价区间介乎每股24.62至27.28港元，累计支付对价约2,060.80万港元。 3. 截至公告日，受托人持有的H股余额为800,200股，上述股份将以信托方式为合资格参与者利益持有。
公司董事会表示，上述回购旨在为后续向合资格参与者授出奖励股份作准备，并将根据激励计划的条款，视情况决定未来进一步购股及授股安排。
