明基医院（02581）公布中期业绩：上半年营收13.44亿元　净利同比降57%

2026年8月6日，明基医院（02581）发布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未审计中期业绩。报告期内，公司实现收入13.44亿元，同比增长2.4%；毛利1.81亿元，同比下降13.4%；毛利率由15.9%降至13.4%。期内利润为2,081.40万元，较上年同期减少57.3%。基本及摊薄每股收益均为0.07元，低于上年同期的0.20元。

分业务看，住院医疗服务实现收入7.20亿元，同比增长3.5%；门诊医疗服务收入6.08亿元，同比增长0.8%；两项合计占总收入98.8%。期内两家医院共接诊门诊患者109.06万人次，同比增长3.1%；住院患者4.35万人次，同比增长2.5%。

成本方面，营业成本增至11.63亿元，同比增长5.4%，主要因南京明基医院二期投产带来折旧及运营成本增加，以及医护人员数量上升导致员工成本上升。期内折旧及摊销支出合计1.01亿元。

财务费用实现净收益510.60万元，较上年同期净支出4,259千元出现好转，原因在于上市募集资金到账后利息收入增加。

截至2026年6月30日，公司流动负债净额4.03亿元，流动比率0.72；现金及现金等价物余额6.22亿元。有息负债合计7.50亿元，资产负债率为19.48%。

董事会建议本期不派发中期股息。公司表示，下半年将继续推进南京明基医院质子治疗中心与苏州明基医院妇幼中心等项目建设，完善急性医疗、康复服务及长期照护一体化布局，并持续推动重点专科建设及运营效率提升。
