China Oral Industry Announces Independent Non-Executive Director Resignation

CHINA ORAL IND (ASX: 08406) has announced the resignation of an independent non-executive director.
The resolution for the re-election of Ms. Deng Xin as an independent non-executive director was not passed at the company's annual general meeting.
Consequently, Ms. Deng has resigned from her position as an independent non-executive director, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting on June 15, 2026.
Following her resignation from the board, Ms. Deng will no longer serve as a member of the company's audit committee or as the chairman of the remuneration committee.
Mr. Geng Chuanlong has been appointed as chairman of the remuneration committee, effective from June 15, 2026.
