KEEP（股票代码：03650）于2026年5月26日公告称，公司于香港联交所场内回购共计500,000股普通股，占该回购前公司已发行股本约0.099119%。回购每股价格介于2.49港元至2.75港元之间，合计耗资约130.27万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）为503,943,487股，库藏股数则升至6,332,500股，公司总发行股份数为510,275,987股。此次回购基于公司于2025年6月25日通过的回购授权，授权购回股份总数为51,443,658股，迄今累计于本交易所或其他证券交易所回购10,506,900股，占授权日公司已发行股份数目的约2.042409%。公司确认本次回购符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规要求。
