Cumulatively, the 2025 mandate has been used to repurchase 124.54 million shares, representing 4.78% of the company’s issued shares at the time of that approval, while the 2026 mandate has been applied to buy back 5.79 million shares, or 0.23% of the then-existing share base.

In line with prevailing rules, Prudential will observe a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until Oct, 25 2026.
