Fulu Holdings has published its sixth Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report covering the 2025 financial year (1 Jan–31 Dec 2025). The board-approved document details strengthened governance, enhanced stakeholder engagement and measurable progress in sustainability metrics across operations in Wuhan and Beijing.
Governance and Compliance • The Board retains ultimate responsibility for ESG oversight, supported by a cross-departmental ESG Working Group that reports regularly on risk, target achievement and disclosures. • Anti-corruption controls remained robust; all directors completed online training and no corruption cases were concluded during the year. • The company maintained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 information-security certification and reported zero material data-security incidents. • Intellectual-property assets reached 50 domain names, 166 copyrights, 74 registered trademarks and three patents.
Service and Supply-Chain Management • Fulu served more than 12 million customers in 2025, achieving a customer-service positive-feedback rate above 92% with 100% closure of 2,890 complaints. • The supplier base totaled 1,506 entities, primarily in mainland China. All suppliers are subject to qualification reviews, integrity pledges and ESG risk screening.
Human Capital Highlights • Workforce stood at 606 employees (53% women). • Overall staff turnover was 35.87%, reflecting office reorganisation and cost optimisation. • Average training time reached 4.52 hours per employee; 61% of staff received training during the year. • No work-related fatalities or lost-time injuries were recorded for the third consecutive year.
Environmental Performance • Total Scope 1 emissions were nil; Scope 2 emissions totaled 186.09 tCO₂e. Emission intensity fell to 0.31 tCO₂e per employee. • Energy consumption was 350.72 MWh, equating to 0.58 MWh per employee. • Water use totaled 4,734.61 m³ (7.81 m³ per employee). • Non-hazardous waste generated was 68.00 tonnes (0.11 t per employee); 100% of hazardous electronic waste was safely recycled. • Office relocation and expanded paperless processes helped cut resource-consumption intensities year-on-year.
Climate-Risk Management • Fulu adopted Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations, identifying acute weather events and evolving policy requirements as key risks, while recognizing digital services as a decarbonisation opportunity. • Climate-resilience measures include disaster-recovery systems, enhanced energy-efficiency projects and future consideration of emissions-reduction targets.
Community Contribution • Through a “consumption-for-good” initiative with China Guangfa Bank, a Fulu subsidiary donated approximately RMB1,500 to social-welfare programs during the “Double 11” campaign.
Fulu Holdings plans to further integrate ESG priorities into strategic planning, refine its climate targets and expand data coverage in subsequent reports, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable value creation.
